高山红景天叶片外植体条件对愈伤组织诱导的影响

摘　　要：以高山红景天不同性别植株不同部位、不同切段、不同时期的叶片为外植体,分析了外植体条件对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:高山红景天不同部位、切段、时期叶片的愈伤组织诱导效果有差异,横切基部段和纵切带叶脉段及上部叶片愈伤组织诱导率高;雌株叶片早期取材、雄株中期取材可能提高诱导效果。Use blade in different parts and different cutting off,different periods of Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor different gender plant as explant,analysis of the explant condition on the callus induced influence.The results showed that blade in different parts and different cutting off,different periods of Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor have differences effect on callus induction,the callus induction rate of the crosscut base section and the slitting belt vein section,the upper of blade is higher,the take material time of female plant leaves is early as far as possible,the take material time of male plants should be in the middle of materials may improve induced effect.
