摘  要:目的建立抗病毒分散片的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对连翘、知母、石菖蒲、板蓝根进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对连翘苷进行含量测定,采用Merk RP-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,乙腈-水(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长为277 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果该产品定性鉴别薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,容易识别;连翘苷在进样量为0.160 8~1.608 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率达97.81%,RSD为1.17%(n=6)。结论抗病毒分散片的质量控制方法准确灵敏、专属性强、重现性好,能有效地控制抗病毒分散片的质量。Objective To establish quality method for Kangbingdu Dispersible Tablets. Method TLC method was used to identify Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Isatidis, Rhizoma Ancmarrhenac and Rhizoma Acori Tarinowii; the content of phillyin was determined by HPLC. using Merk RP-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column,column temperature was 30℃ ,acetonitrile-water (20:80) as mobile phase,detection wavelength was 277 nm, 1.0 mL/min velocity. Results TLC spots were clear with strong specificity and easy identification. Phillyrin was linear in the range of 0.106 8-1.6080 μg(r=0.999 9); the average recovery of phillyrin was 97.81%, RSD of 1.17% (n=6). Conclusion This method is accurate,strong property,sensitive with good reproducibility,and can effectively control the quality of Kang-bingdu Dispersible Tablets.
