摘　　要：清代乾隆年间,水灾成为奉天地区的主要自然灾害。水灾往往给奉天地区农业经济造成较大的破坏,严重影响了民众的生活。清朝非常重视奉天地区的救灾与备灾,采取了各种救灾、备灾措施,在一定程度上有效解决了灾区的民生问题。During the period of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty,flood disaster became the major natural disaster in the Fengtian area.The flood disaster brought serious damage to the local agricultural economy,and badly affected people’s life there.The Qing Government attached great importance to the flood relief in the floodstricken areas in Fengtian by taking various measures for disaster relief and prevention,solving problems of people’s livelihood in those areas to a certain extent.
