摘　　要：历史文化名城是历史文化的载体,蕴涵着诸多的传统文化因素:天人合一的思想;"尚中"观念;"礼"的规范等,保护好历史文化名城对促进经济发展、弘扬中华文化和进行爱国主义教育都具有十分重要的意义。保护历史文化古城是人类的共同使命。The famous historic and cultural town is the historic and cultural factor such as harmony with heaven and person,upholding golden mean of the Confucian School etc. To protect the historic and cultural cities and towns is of the important significance to promote the economic advance, to display the traditional Chinese culture and to conduct the patriot education. It is, therefore, that to protect the famous historic towns is our common mission of mankind.
