摘　　要：文章以两例热挤压伤指骨暴露创面修复治疗情况为例,从(1)手指热挤压伤深度的正确判断;(2)手指热挤压伤创面修复措施的选择;(3)手指热挤压伤感染创面的处理;(4)热挤压伤指骨暴露创面的处理等四个方面分析、探讨热挤压伤指骨暴露创面修复的治疗。This paper reports our treatment of two cases of wound repair of finger bone injury caused by hot extrusion.The two cases are taken as an example to illustrate the technologies which we employed in successfully healing the wounds.They consist of the following four aspects：（1） correct judgment of the depth of the wound due to hot extrusion;（2） correct choice of the measures for the repair;（3） effective treatment of the infection;and（4）proper treatment of the exposure of the finger bone.
