摘　　要：随着社会人口老龄化进程逐年加快,老年人口的保健成为公共卫生的重要内容之一。本文研究上海市区百岁老人动脉硬化现状并进行中医辩证分型,一方面,为城镇老年人心血管疾病预防提供科学依据;另一方面,用中国传统中医的精髓来探寻长命百岁的科学秘诀及养生之道。The social aging population gradually accelerates year after year, the health of the elderly population has become an important part of public health. This is to analyze centenarians＇ arteriosclerosis and syndrome differentiation in Tradi- tional Chinese medicine to provide a scientific basis for the urban elderly cardiovascular disease prevention, on the other hand, to explore essence of the science of longevity tips and good health from Traditional Chinese medicine.
