不明原因复发性流产的发病机制及治疗策略的探讨

摘　　要：不明原因的复发性自然流产(URSA)是临床上难以治疗的不育症,给患者的身心造成严重伤害,给家庭带来痛苦。目前研究认为它的发生主要与母胎的同种免疫关系异常有关,近年来对URSA妇女免疫功能的研究成为这一领域的研究热点,但其发病原因至今还不十分清楚。本文将对URSA发病机制及淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗URSA的研究进展作一综述。Unexplained recurrent miscarriage（URM）is a hard treated sterility clinically. It damages seriously the patients＇ physical and psychic health and bring the pain to the family. The present research suggested its occurrence was associated to the abnormality of maternal-fetal alloimmunity response. In recent years, immunologic function of URM women becomes hot spot of the research in this field. But the reason is still unclear. This study will review the progression of occur rence mechanism and lymphocyte immunotherapy of women with URM.
