摘  要:以重庆地区常用的8个玉米自交系幼胚为外植体,研究不同基因型和培养基对玉米幼胚愈伤组织诱导率的影响.结果表明:自交系082在N6B5培养基的愈伤诱导率最高,达到98%,Hy04未诱导出愈伤组织,不同基因型愈伤诱导率的差异具有高度统计学意义.海09042在G1继代培养基的胚性愈伤组织呈颗粒状分散、结构松软、淡黄色,愈伤接种在加KT或加NAA的分化培养基中,以加NAA的绿苗数多.A total of 8 maize inbreds were used as explants,and the effects of different genotypes and mediums on immature embryo callus induction rate were studied.Highly significant differences were detected among different genotypes in their callus induction percentage.The inbred line 082 had the highest frequency of callus induction(98%) on N6B5 medium,while the minimum frequency of callus induction(0%) was recorded in the inbred line Hy04.The embryogenic calli of the inbred line Hai09042 showed yellowish dispersive grain on G1 subculture medium.Inoculated onto differentiation mediums,the calli on the NAA-containing medium produced more green plantlets than those on the KT-containing medium.
