摘  要:探讨丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对石灰土基质中光皮树Cornus wilsoniana生长发育和生物量积累的影响,并为光皮树菌根化育苗技术提供参考.对大田栽培和盆栽幼苗接种AMF菌剂,幼苗生长1年后测定其生物量及形态特征指标.结果表明:无论大田栽培(CF)还是盆栽(CP),接种AM菌剂都显著提高了光皮树幼苗的株高和基径;大田栽培接种AM菌剂的植株根、茎、叶生物量和总生物量都显著高于未接种的植株;盆栽接种与未接种植株之间根生物量和总生物量有显著差异,茎、叶生物量无显著性差异;无论是大田还是盆栽,接种植株根冠比都小于未接种植株,但差异不显著.大田栽培植株的根、茎、叶和总生物量都大于盆栽接种植株,但是根冠比显著小于盆栽植株的根冠比.In order to determine the photosynthetic physiological response of Cornus wilsoniana to AMF and provide a theoretical basis for the seedling raising technique of AMF inoculation,C.wilsoniana seedlings were cultured in a field experiment and a pot experiment and inoculated with AMF.Their biomass and parameters of morphological characteristics were measured after 1 year.Inoculation of the AM inoculum(produced by Amykor company,Germany) significantly increased the plant height and basal diameter of C.wilsoniana in both field and pot experiments.In the field experiment,the biomass of the roots,the stem,and the leaves and the total biomass of the AM-inoculated plants were significantly higher than those of the non-inoculated plants.In the pot experiment,significant differences were recorded between the inoculated seedlings and the non-inoculated seedlings in their root biomass and total biomass,but no significant differences were noticed in stem biomass and leaf biomass.The root-shoot ratio of the inoculated seedlings was higher than that of the non-inoculated seedlings whether they were cultured in field or in pot,but the difference was non-significant statistically.C.wilsoniana seedlings cultured in field had higher root,stem and leaf biomass and total biomass than those cultured in pot,but their root-shoot ratio was smaller than that of the seedlings cultured in field.
