浅谈高校处分权与学生权利救济的程序制度

摘　　要：高校在处分学生的过程中,应当按照合理、公正的程序进行,在给学生处分的同时,注意保护学生的受教育权。在实施处分权的过程中,高校应公正、公开,要将学生的处分纠纷纳入行政复议的范围之内,并建立学生申诉制度,进而保护学生的合法权益。Universities,in the process of the punishment of students,should act on a series of reasonable and fair procedures,and protect students’right for education while punishing students.Universities should implement punish-ment right fairly and openly and meantime should bring the dispute of the punishment of students into the scope of administrative reconsideration,establish the student complaints system and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the students.
