摘　　要：《外诊法》辑集了包括《黄帝内经》《难经》《伤寒论》等23种医学著作中关于诊法的内容,其中《黄帝内经》占一半以上。该书在众多医家中选择了张志聪等人的注解,体现了对《黄帝内经》理论的独特解读方法,即:在选文方面初具规模和系统,内容简要精辟;注文的质量较高,解读重在实用;在诊法方面,诊察由外及内,汲取了《黄帝内经》的精华,奠定了后世关于四诊研究的基础。The External diagnostic methods summarized diagnostic methods from 23 medical books including Huangdi＇s internal classic,Classic of difficult issues,treatise on cold damage diseases and others,in which there were half of the contents from the Huangdi＇s internal classic. The explanatory notes of ZHANG Zhi-cong,one of ancient experts,were cited in the book,which were profoundly distinct to others upon understanding the theory of Huangdi＇s internal classic ,such as the citations were systemic,the contents were simple and incisive,the explanatory notes were qualified and practicah Regarding the methods of diagnosis,it was proposed as ＂from outer to inner＂ which was the quintessence of Huangdi＇s internal classic,as well as the fundamental concept for four examinations that was created later.
