HBV感染者血清中HBeAg，HBeAb与Pre—S1抗原的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨HBV感染者HBeAg，HBeAb与Pre-S1抗原的关系及其临床价值。方法收集2012年1月～3月HBV感染者血清1080例，采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测HBsAg，HBsAb，HBeAg，HBeAb，HBcAb及Pre-S1抗原，应用SPSS17．0统计软件分析HBeAg，HBeAb与Pre-S1抗原的相关性。结果在1080例HBV感染者中，HBeAg阳性240例，HBeAg阴性840例，HBeAg阳性者和阴性者Pre-S1抗原阳性率分别为91．25％和70．12％，HBeAg阳性者Pre-S1抗原阳性率明显高于HBeAg阴性者，两者比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=44．24，P〈o．05）。在840例HBeAg阴性者中，HBeAb阳性者636例，HBeAb阴性者204例，HBeAb阳性者和阴性者Pre-S1抗原阳性率分别为65．72％和83．82％，HBeAb阳性者中Pre-S1抗原阳性率明显低于HBeAb阴性者，两者比较差异有统计学意义（x^2-24．15，P〈0．05）。结论血清HBeAg，HBeAb与Pre-S1抗原存在相关性。Pre-S1抗原阳性提示HBV复制活跃，传染性较强，Pre-S1抗原阴性可作为HBV被清除和感染趋于恢复，病情趋向好转的标志。Objective To explore the relationship between HBeAg, HBeAb and Pre-S1 antigen of patients infected with HBV and its clinical significance. Methods Sera of 1 080 patients infected with HBV were collected from January to March in 2012, HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb and Pre-S1 of the patients were measuredby ELISA,statistic analysis was done by SPSS17.0 software. Results HBeAg-positives and HBeAg-negatives in 1 080 patients of HBV infection were 240 and 840. Pre-S1 antigen positive rates in both HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative groups were 91. 25% and 70. 120%, re- spectively. The positive rates of Pre-S1 antigen in HBeAg-positive group were significantly higher than that in HBeAg-nega- rive group（（x2 =44. 24,P〈0.05）. HBeAb-positives and HBeAb-negatives in 840 HBeAg-negative eases were 636 and 204, respectively. Pre-S1 antigen positive rates in both HBeAb-positives and HBeAb-negatives were 65.72%0 and 83.82%0 ,re- spectively. The positive rates of Pre-S1 antigen in HBeAb-positives were significantly lower than that in HBeAb-negatives （x^2 =24. 15,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion HBeAg and HBeAb were association with Pre-S1 antigen. Pre-S1 antigen positive indi- cated that hepatitis I3 virus replicates actively and could infect others easily. It could be also regarded as a sign of clearance of HBV,Pre-S1 antigen negative could be a marker for HBV clearance,recovery and patienfs condition tends to be better.
