摘　　要：预拌混凝土已经成为土木工程最重要的工程材料之一，其质量状态对工程结构安全将产生重大影响。如今混凝土骨料质量低劣呈现普遍性特征，在资源紧缺的地区更为严重。本文从资源配置、产品实现、过程控制以及改进提高等方面系统地阐述了预拌混凝土质量管控的过程和方法。Ready-mixed concrete has become one of the most important engineering material of civil engineering, its quality state has a great significance on engineering structure security. Nowadays, the inferior quality of concrete aggregate present characteristics of universality, and this characteristics is more seriously in short-supplied region. This paper elaborates the process and method of management and control of ready-mixed concrete quality systematically from resource allocation, product realization, process control, improvement and promotion, etc.
