摘  要:概念设计早期阶段的需求获取过程是整个产品设计过程的决定性环节.为保证快速开发出符合用户需求的产品,对用户需求进行采集,利用领域专家系统建立用户需求与功能技术特征关系矩阵,引入三角模糊数法对关系矩阵中的信息进行处理,构建一种基于产品设计知识库的需求转换机制,以便在将用户需求向具体产品设计参数转化的过程中,充分考虑企业研发能力及资源的影响,最终获得满足用户需求、便于企业生产制造具有市场竞争性的产品.最后,通过实例验证了该方法的合理性.Capturing of customers' requirements in process of concept design is critical in the entire design of product. In order to obtain satisfying products effectively, customers' demands were collected and a relationship matrix between customers' needs and function technique was established based on system of domain expert. Triangle fuzzy number was applied to proceed with information of the relationship matrix. Aimed at seizing satisfying and easily made products with great market competition, a conversion mechanism of customers' requirements based on knowledge of product design was proposed. In the process of transforming customers' requirements to product design parameter, the effect of company's research and development ability and resources were fully considered. Finally, a case study was provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
