低分子肝素联合丹红注射液治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察低分子肝素联合丹红注射液治疗急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选择急性胰腺炎患者共99例,随机分为对照组(A组)、低分子肝素治疗组(B组)和低分子肝素联合丹红注射液治疗组(C组)。A组只接受常规治疗;B组患者接受常规治疗+低分子肝素治疗;C组患者在接受标准常规治疗的同时接受低分子肝素联合丹红注射液治疗。3组患者分别于治疗前及治疗后的第3、7d行白细胞、超敏C反应蛋白、动脉血氧分压、血淀粉酶检查,同时统计3组患者治愈时间及重症化率。结果经治疗后C组白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白、治愈天数、重症化率低于B组,B组低于A组;动脉血氧分压则C组高于B组,B组高于A组;且都有统计学意义。血淀粉酶在3组间差异无统计学意义。结论在急性胰腺治疗过程中低分子肝素和丹红注射液具有协调作用,可以改善微循环,抑制炎症反应,发挥良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Low molecular weight heparin combined with Danhong injection in treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 99 acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into control group （group A） ,low molecular weight heparin treatment group （group B） and low molecular weight heparin combined with Danhong injection treatment group（group C）. Patients in group A only accepted conventional treatment. Patients in group B accepted con- ventional treatment ＋ low molecular heparin treatment. Patients in group C accepted conventional treatment, at the same time accepted low molecular weight heparin and Danhong injection therapeutic alliance. Three groups of patients respectively did WBC, HS-CRP,PO2,blood amylase examination, before and after the treatment 3 and 7 days, at the same time analysed curative days and aggravation rates. Results After treatment, WBC count, HS-CRP, curative days and aggravation rates of group C were lower than those of group B, and group B were lower than group A. PO2 of group C was higher than that of group B, and group B was higher than group A, there were significant differences in 3 groups. The blood amylase, there was no significant differences in 3 groups. Conclusion In the acute pancreatic treatment process, low molecular weight heparin combined with Danhong injection has the coordinated function, improves the microcirculation, inhibits inflammation, plays positive therapeutic effects.
