多层螺旋CT及三维重建在胸部外伤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT及三维重建在胸部外伤中的应用。方法利用16层螺旋CT扫描机对患者进行胸部CT扫描,并进行三维重建,由3名以上具有中级以上职称的医师共同阅片,部分与胸片进行对比。结果 79例行CT检查的患者中,肋骨骨折42例;肩胛骨及胸骨骨折各4例;胸椎椎体及附件骨折各2例;胸腔积液17例;液气胸6例;创伤性湿肺7例;皮下气肿3例;纵膈气肿1例。结论多层螺旋CT能提供全面、丰富而又直观的信息,应作为胸部外伤患者的首选或常规检查方法 。Objective To investigate the value of muti-slice CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in diagnosis of chest trauma. Methods The chest volume scans were performed on all cases by 16 MSCT,then all the images were reconstructed. All the images were observed and analyzed by more than three radiologist with a professional title at the intermediary level, some compared with radiographs. Results In 79 cases were performed volume scans, 42 cases of rib fracture, scapular and sternum fracture each had 4 cases,2 cases of thoracic vertebrae and affix fracture,17 cases of pleural effusion,6 cases of hydropneumothorax,7 cases of traumatic wet lung,3 cases of subcutaneous emphysema, 1 case of mediastinal emphysema. Conclusion MSCT can offer comprehensive,abundant and intuitive information, shoud be the first choice or routine inspection method for chest trauma patients.
