基于循环经济视角的安徽省低碳农业发展创新研究

摘　　要：安徽省是农业大省,在农村发展循环经济是关系到我省经济又好又快发展、关系群众切身利益的根本性问题。目前存在着认识浅显化、政策体制不配套、财政支持力度偏小、技术和经营模式滞后等问题,为此应着重做好这几方面工作:提升宣传力度;大力发展微生物产业;因地制宜,大力推行"九节一减";加强管理,着力完善长效机制;加强创新,大力发展农业生产性服务业。Anhui province is a great agricultural province and thus developing circular economy in rural areas is a fundamental issue concerning the sound and rapid development of Anhui economy and the vital interests of the masses. At present there exist some problems such as simplicity in awareness, limitation of financial support and backwardness of technological and managerial modes. Therefore, impor tance should be attached to the following efforts： redoubling the publicity, greatly expanding the mi croorganism industry, vigorously promoting ＂nine--saving and one--decrease＂ according to different local conditions, strengthening management and perfecting long--term mechanism, reinforcing innovation and greatly developing agricultural productive service industry.
