健心颗粒干预左室射血分数正常的心衰临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健心颗粒对左室射血分数正常的心衰(HFNEF)患者心功能和中医证候的影响。方法将60例气虚血瘀、水饮内停证HFNEF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规西药基础上加服健心颗粒,两组均连续服药12周,比较两组临床症状、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、舒张早期血流峰速度(E)/舒张晚期血流峰速度(A)和6 min步行距离(6MWT)以及中医证候积分改善情况。结果治疗后,两组临床症状和中医证候积分均显著改善,血浆BNP以及LVEDd降低,E/A、6MWT水平提高,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在常规西药基础上加用健心颗粒可以改善气虚血瘀、水饮内停证HFNEF患者心功能,改善临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of Jianxin granules（JXG） on cardiac function and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome in heart failure with normal left ventricular（LV） ejection fraction（HFNEF）.Methods Sixty patients with syndrome of qi deficiency,blood stasis and accumulation of excessive fluid in the body were randomly divided into into two groups：Control group（n=30） treated with the routine treatment and treatment group（n=30） treated with JXG and routine treatment.The clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome,plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） level,E/A ratio and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension（LVEDd）,6 minute walk test（6MWT） were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome were improved significantly in the two groups.BNP level and LVEDd were decreased.The E/A ratio and 6MWT were improved.All of them in treatment group were better than that in control group.Conclusion Routine treatment of western medicine combined with Jianxin Granules could further improve cardiac function and clinical symptoms in patient with HFNEF and syndrome of qi deficiency,blood stasis and accumulation of excessive fluid in the body.
