摘　　要：现有对人力资本空间结构的研究成果仅定性地分析了空间结构对社会经济发展会产生影响作用,尚未发现对上述影响作用程度进行定量度量的研究,更没有在此基础上开展的决策优化研究。为了解决上述问题,首先结合层次分析结构从经济发展水平、区域产业结构、地区持续发展三个方面提出了用于评价人力资本空间结构运行效率的系统分析结构,然后应用能够通过两两比较方式进行决策信息表达且能够对决策信息进行不完全描述的DS/AHP方法构建了相应的评价方法,最后通过一个模拟案例演示了提出方法的具体操作过程。The relevant academic research about the influence of spatial structure on social and economic development is only qualitatively analyzed, and yet the quantitative analysis research about the above influence degree has not been discovered, and there is no optimizing determination. In order to solve the above mentioned problems, a systematic analysis structure is proposed in the paper to evaluate the operation efficiency of human capital spatial structure from the economic development level, regional industrial structure, and regional sustain- able development by combining the analytic hierarchy process. An evaluation method is then established based on the DS/AHP method, which could express decision - the incomplete decision information. Finally, a simulatiot the presented method.
