艾迪辅助化疗对恶性胸腔积液患者外周血调节性T细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾迪联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及对患者外周血调节性T细胞的影响。方法 62例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,分别给予艾迪+顺铂、单纯顺铂胸腔注射化疗。结果治疗组CR+PR的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组KPS评分提高+稳定的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗2周起CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞显著低于对照组(P均<0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应及各症状发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾迪联合顺铂能有效地控制恶性胸腔积液、调节细胞免疫功能、提高疗效及患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Aidi injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion and CD4~CD25~Yreg. Methods All of 62 cases of malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were given Aidi injection ＋ cisplatin and cisplatin alone intrapleural chemotherapy respectively. Results The treatment group CR ＋ PR efficiency were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, KPS increased ＋ stable efficiency were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. CD4＋CD25＋Freg in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and were significantly lower than those in control group（P 〈 0.05）, 2 weeks of treatment, CD4＋ CD25＋ regulatory T cells was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）, before and after treatment of the control group were no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Adverse reaction of treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Aidi injection combined with cisplatin could effectively control malignant pleural effusion, regulate cellular immune function, improve efficacy and natient aualitv of life.
