摘　　要：目的探讨不同比重的布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法研究对象为2010年5月～2011年5月我院收治的72例剖宫产术患者,随机分为小剂量(3 g/L)布比卡因组及大剂量(5 g/L)布比卡因组。结果两组麻醉阻滞范围、运动神经恢复时间、平均动脉压均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 3 g/L布比卡因脊-硬联合麻醉应用于剖宫产手术中,可平稳麻醉,更好地保障母婴安全。Objective To study anesthetic effect of different specific gravity of bupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section operation. Methods Seventy-two cases （2010.5-2011.5） of cesarean section patients were randomly divided into two groups （3 g/L and 5 g/L）. Results The block plane analgesic effect,recovery time of motor nerve function, mean arterial pressure in two groups all had significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion A dose of 3 g/L bupiva- caine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on cesarean section is more stable and more safer for mother and child.
