摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对年轻膀胱癌患者焦虑抑郁状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择80例膀胱癌年轻患者,随机分为观察组和对照组;另选择健康者作健康组,采用SAS、SDS、QOL评价焦虑和抑郁状态及术后生活质量。结果观察组、对照组均显著高于健康组(P<0.05),观察组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。健康教育前后观察组和对照组SAS、SDS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组呈下降趋势,对照组呈先上升后下降的趋势。术后观察组各同时段身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论年轻膀胱癌患者焦虑和抑郁情绪明显,直接影响生活质量,实施患者和家属共同而有侧重的健康教育,可有效改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the impact of health education for anxiety, depression and quality of life of young pa- tients with bladder cancer. Methods Eighty cases of bladder cancer in young patients were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group, another healthy group as compared, used the SAS and SDS QOL to evaluate anxiety, depres- sion and postoperative quality of life. Results The observation group and control group were significantly higher than the healthy group (P 〈 0.05), there we/e no significant difference between the observation group and control group (P 〉 0.05). Observed before and after the health education group and the control group, SAS, SDS score differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), observation group showed a downward trend and the control group showed a trend of increased and then decreased. Were observed after the group all at the same time physical function, role function, emotional function, social function, and overall life quality score was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The young bladder cancer patients with anxiety and depression significantly affect the quality of life, the implementation of the health education of patients and their families to and focused, can effectively improve patients mental state, improve the quality of life.
