摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对艾滋病患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2010年5月～2012年5月在我院住院治疗的56例艾滋病患者为研究对象，应用随机数字表法将人选患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组进行常规护理，而观察组在常规护理的基础上加用心理护理干预，分别于人组时及人院后2周对患者进行自编问卷调查和SF-36量表进行测评，比较两组患者的生活质量。结果入组时，两组患者SF-36量表各维度得分差异均无统汁学意义（P〉0．05），2周后，患者SF-36量表得分除社会功能维度评分外，观察组SF-36量表的其他生存质量维度指标和总评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论心理护理干预能够明显改善艾滋病患者的生活质量，提高治疗的依从性，值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the quality of life by psychological nursing intervention for acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients. Methods The clinical data of fifty-six acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2012, then they were divided into the control group and the intervention group,the control group were given routine nursing,but the intervention group were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the routinenursing,they were surveyed with questionnaire including self-made general questionnaireand SF-36 measure scale at the start and after two weeks,respectively,then in the end,the quality of life was compared. Results esides social function index, the other quality of life index of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention are conducive to improve the quality of life and improve the acquired immune deficiency syndrome patient＇s treatment adherence,it is worthy of promotion in clinical care.
