改良B-lynch缝合术在4例难治性产后出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良B-lynch缝合术在难治性产后出血中的应用价值。方法对我科2011年8月～2012年4月间4例应用改良B-lynch缝合术治疗难治性产后出血的病例进行分析。结果应用改良B-lynch后4例患者均能有效止血,成功保留子宫。术后阴道流血量及子宫复旧均正常,产后6周随访,未出现子宫粘连、感染等并发症。结论改良B-lynch缝合术能够安全、有效的治疗难治性产后出血。Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of improved B-lynch suture in intractable postpartum hemor- rhage. Methods Retrospectively analyzed four cases of intractable postpartum hemorrhage treated by improved B-lynch su- ture, from August 2011 to April 2012 in our department. Results After utilizing improved B-lynch suture, all of the four patients could stop bleeding effectively and succeeded in preserving their uterus; After cesarean section, The amount of colporrhagia and involution of uterus were both in a normal condition; The checkback in 6 weeks postpartum showed the complications, such as metrosynizesis and infection, did not occurred. Conclusion The improved B-lynch suture have proved to be valuable and safe to treat intractable postpartum hemorrhage.
