牛奶蛋白过敏所致婴儿腹泻临床分析20例

摘　　要：目的探讨牛奶蛋白过敏致婴儿腹泻病的诊治经验。方法收集我院门诊及住院的20例1～6个月患儿,临床表现为反复的腹泻伴/不伴脓血便。行电子肠镜、血细胞分析、肝功能、凝血系列、便常规及培养、食物特异性免疫球蛋白G检测。结果除部分患儿轻度贫血、便常规异常外,血小板计数、凝血系列、肝功能均正常。食物特异性免疫球蛋白G检测有一种或多种蛋白不耐受。肠镜结果示:肠黏膜不同病理改变。结论牛奶蛋白过敏是引起婴儿腹泻病的原因之一,回避牛奶蛋白/氨基酸配方粉是解决牛奶蛋白过敏引起腹泻的最好选择。Objective To observe the diagnose and treatment between infantile diarrhea and cow＇s milk protein allergy. Methods To collect the infant （the age between onemonth to sixmonth）, in the pediatric outpatient and inpatient of our hospital 20 cases, The main clinical manifestation were chronic diarrhoea, bloody stool.Electronic colonoscopy blood cell analysis liver function coagulation series,routine and cultivation ,food antigen-specific immunoglobulin G detection. Re- suits In addition to some of the children with mild anemia, conventional and Cuhivationis abnormal, platelet counts, coagu- lation, liver function was normal series can find of one or more of food protein intolerance as detect food intolerance testing; Colonoscopy showed：different pathological changes of intestinal mucosa. Conclusion Cow^s milk protein allergy is one of the reason could cause diarrhea in infants, Avoidance of milk protein/amino acid-based formulae is best choose of cow＇s milk protein allergy induce infantile diarrhea.
