摘　　要：今年5月24日，“2012胡润少壮派富豪榜”新鲜出炉，山西海鑫集团董事长李兆会以120亿的财富成为探花，位列碧桂园掌门人杨惠妍、方大集团董事局主席方威之后。Li Zhaohui, board chairman of Shanxi Highsee Group, was ranked third with 12 billion yuan of wealth on Hurun Young & Powerful Rich List 2012 which was released on May 24, 2012, following Yang Huiyan the president of Country Garden and Fang Wei the chairman of the board of chief executives of Fangda Group. The Chinese steel industry has witnessed the flourishing, irrational expansion and overcapacity in the past decade. Li Zhaohui knows well how his father Li Haicang has developed the business and how the business declines over decades. For this reason, Li Zhaohui finds his own way for wealth increment. Li Zhaohui has been moving away from the steel business since he took over the family business 10 years ago. While Li is over-praised for his talent, he somewhat bears pressure for it. Probably Li will find his own value in the capital market and lead Highsee through an important transformation.
