MEBO纱条脓腔引流联合远红外线照射治疗乳房脓肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)纱条脓腔引流联合远红外线照射治疗乳房脓肿的疗效。方法对收治的80例乳房脓肿患者,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组行脓肿切开术后用MEBO纱条填塞脓腔引流联合远红外线照射治疗;对照组行脓肿切开术后用凡士林纱条填塞脓腔引流联合远红外线照射治疗。结果治疗组创面愈合快,疼痛反应轻,愈合后瘢痕小,无乳瘘发生,两组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 MEBO纱条脓腔引流联合远红外线照射治疗乳房脓肿,能很快控制局部炎症,明显缩短愈合时间,减少疼痛及乳瘘发生,且愈后瘢痕小,临床疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of pus cavity drainage using MEBO （ Moist Exposed Burn Ointment） Gauze combined with far infrared ray irradiation in the treatment of breast abscess. Methods Eighty pa- tients with breast abscess were randomly divided into a treatment group （40 cases） and a control group （40 eases ）. After abscess incision, in the treatment group, the therapy of pus cavity drainage using MEBO gauze in combination with far infra- red irradiation was given, while in the control group, pus cavity drainage using Yaseline gauze combined with far infrared ir- radiation treatment was performed. Results Compared with the control group, there was less postoperative pain and scar after healing, faster wound healing, and no occurrence of breast fistula in all patients of the treatment group. And the differ- ence between the two groups was statistically significant, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The therapy of pus cavity drainage using MEBO gauze combined with far infrared irradiation has significant clinical efficacies in the treatment of breast abscess in that it can quickly control the local inflammation, shorten the healing time, reduce the occurrence of pain and breast fistula, and prevent scarring.
