皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗小腿慢性溃疡的临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察皮肤原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)对小腿慢性溃疡创面的治疗效果。方法运用皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗36例小腿慢性溃疡患者,同时根据病情予以手术、抗感染、营养支持等全身综合治疗。结果 36例患者共41个溃疡创面应用原位再生医疗技术治疗后全部愈合,愈合时间最长为24 d,最短为10 d,平均14.3 d±5.2 d,愈合后组织软且平坦,无明显瘢痕及功能障碍。结论皮肤原位再生医疗技术是治疗小腿慢性溃疡理想而有效的方法 ,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating chronic leg ulcer. Methods Thirty-six cases of chronic leg ulcer were treated with MEBT/MEBO, and meanwhile, based on disease situations, systemic comprehensive treatments such as surgery, anti-infection, nutrition support and etc. were given. Results 36 patients with 41 ulcerative wounds got healed after the treatment of MEBT/MEBO with the longest healing time of 24 days and the shortest one of 10 days, at an averatge time of 14.3 d ± 5.2 d. The healed tissue was soft and smooth with obvious scar formation and dysfunction, without obvious scar formation and dysfunction. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO is an ideal and effective ap- proach to treating chronic leg ulcer, and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
