摘　　要：近年来辽宁省对外贸易快速增长,出口竞争力逐年提升,一般贸易和加工贸易增势强劲,出口商品结构逐步改善,但是仍然存在出口市场分布过度集中、出口商品结构层次较低、对外资依赖程度较高等突出问题。提出实施出口市场多元化、促进加工贸易升级、调整和优化出口商品结构、做大做强本土企业等对策建议。For recent years, with the strong increase of foreign trade and annual export competitiveness of Liaoning Province, general and processing trade are developing with a powerful growth and export commodity structure has been optimized soundly. However, over - concentrated distribution of export market,lower export commodity structural level and high dependence on foreign capital present to be more typical problems. Therefore,it is highly necessary to work out relative policies to take effective measures to diversify expert market, upgrade processing trade, modify and optimize export commodity structure and strengthen local industries.
