摘  要:喷砂器是水平井压裂管柱的重要过流部件,随着施工排量的增加,喷砂器的冲刷磨损日益严重。本文对水平井压裂管柱喷砂器内流场进行了LDA测试,得到了其内流场的速度分布规律,结果表明,喷砂孔位置轴向速度存在正负向流动,存在复杂涡流;雷诺数不同时,各截面的回流位置和回流量都存在较大差异,当雷诺数增大到某一值时,重力对流场的影响很小;测得喷砂器试验工装入口和出口的压差,计算得到结构压力系数。可为研究喷砂器磨损规律及结构优化设计提供理论指导,同时也可作为复杂结构湍流流动的研究基础。The bypass crossover sub is important part of fracturing tube of horizontal wells,with increasing of fracturing flow rate,erosion of bypass crossover sub is increasingly serious.The flow field around bypass crossover sub is investigated by the Laser Doppler Anemometry(LDA) experiment.The velocity field have been measured.The experimental observations have shown that mean axial velocity at the slots on bypass crossover sub exist positive and negative values and the complex vortex exist.The backflow position and backflow rate of each profile are increasing different at different reynolds num.When the reynolds number increases to a value,the influence of gravity to flow field is very small.The pressure difference of inlet and outlet of experimental equipment is measured and the pressure coefficient of structure is calculated.All of these not only will provide some reference on the research of erosion and structural design and optimization,it also helps us better understand the turbulent flow mechanisms of a complex structure.
