摘  要:以籼型光敏核不育水稻W6154S为材料,研究了影响育性转变的主要光温因素,诱导育性转变的敏感时期,以及临界值。结果表明: 1.幼穗发育的“花粉母细胞形成期”,即见穗前10~15天,是光温条件影响育性转变的敏感时期。 2.在光温各种条件中,影响育性转变的最大因素是日最低气温和可照时数,而以最低气温这一因素更为重要。 3.W6154S在“花粉母细胞形成期”诱导育性转向可育的临界日最低温度值为20.66℃;临界日可照时数值为12.7小时(12:42′)。在南昌地区(28°33′N)育性转向可育的诱导期大体在九月初,表现期在9月中旬。Indica photopcriod-sensitive genetic male sterile rice (PGMS) W6154S was used to study the response of fertility transFormation to light and temperature, and to determine the sensitive stage and the critical value for this process. The results appeared as follows: 1. The pollen mother cell formation stage, i.e.10-15 days before panicles emerged was the critical stage of fertility transformation induced by light and temperature. 2. Of various factors of light and temperature, the lowest day-ternperature and the light duration affected the fertility transformation mostly. Furthermore, the former was more important than the latter. 3. The lowest critical temperature and the critical light duration for the fertility transformation (from sterility to fertility) were 20.66℃and 12.7 hours , respectively, when W6154S was at pollen mother cell formation stage. In Nanchang area (28°33'N), the induction period of fertility transformation was in early September, and the response turned out in mid-September.
