摘  要:研究了用废腈纶经高压釜中水解制备油田钻井泥浆降失水剂的方法,并进行了性能试验。试验表明,对于含盐4%的基浆,加入此助剂的量为1.5%时,泥浆API失水量降至<15 mL,而加入此助剂的量升至2%时,在200℃、20h静态老化后,泥浆失水量仍保持在15~20mL。Methods of preparation of a oil field drilling mud water - loss control additive with waste PAN fiber hydrolyzed at high pressure had been studied and had tested its properties. The results showed: For thick liquid containing salts 4%, the water -loss of mud API decreased to lower than 15 ml when containing 1. 5% of the drilling mud additive. The mud water -loss still maintained 15 - 20 ml after static aging at 200℃ for 20 h while the additive is added to 2%.
