摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值。方法 15例患者进行MSCT检查,将原始数据重建后传至工作站(Vitrea2,Version3.4,Toshiba),应用多平面成像(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)及容积重建(VR)等后处理技术,并与手术及纤维胃镜(FG)结果比较。结果 16层螺旋CT CTVG诊断符合率为83.3%。结论螺旋CT仿真内窥镜对胃癌诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the Diagnostic value of 16 siices helical CT for gastric carcinoma. Methods 15 patients underwent 16-MSCT scanning, the volume data of all patients were reconstructed to work station（Vitrea2,Version3.4,Toshiba）, with 3D reconstruction techniques including MPR CPR VR. Then compared with the gastroscopic and operation outcome. Results The le- sion accuracyrate with 16sliceshelical CT CTVG were 83.3%. Conclusion Multi-slice Spiral CT virtual gastroscopy plays an impor- tant role in the diagnosis of Gastriccarcinoma.
