摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对冠心病患者养成健康生活习惯的影响。方法由护理人员实施包括住院教育、出院教育和随访教育在内的系统的医院健康教育,分别于入院时、出院时、出院后3个月对患者进行健康生活习惯的养成进行评估。结果健康教育前后,患者对健康生活习惯重要性的认识及习惯养成均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论健康教育提高了冠心病患者对健康生活习惯重要性的认识程度,促进了患者健康生活习惯的养成,有利于冠心病患者康复和预后。Objective To develop healthy living habits affect the health education of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Implementation by nurses hospital inpatient education and discharge education and follow-up education, including health education, respectively, at the time of admission, at discharge, 3 months after discharge in patients with healthy living habits for eval- uation. Results Health education before and after the patient's understanding of the importance of healthy living habits and habits were significant differences (P〈0.01).
