国内凝胶膏剂的专利分析

摘　　要：对在中国知识产权局申请的凝胶膏剂相关之专利进行了检索,分析了与凝胶膏剂相关的80多件已公开专利和50多件授权专利。按照其用途,将其归纳为妇科、补肾抗疲劳、乳腺疾病、肝硬化腹水、检测方法、降血糖、甲状腺、心血管、呼吸系统、肠胃疾病、肛肠疾病、老年痴呆、抑郁症、抗菌肽、镇痛和跌打损伤、制备方法、剂型改革、实用新型18大类,并着重对授权专利做了详细阐述,为凝胶膏剂专利技术进一步研究和发展提供了展望和建议。More than eighty published patent applications and fifty authorized patents related to gel paste were retrieved from the patent databases of State Intellectual Property Office of the People＇s Republic of China.They were categorized into 18 classes of gynaecology,nourishing kidney and reducing tiredness,mammary diseases,hepatocirrhosis ascites,detection methods,hypoglycemic agents,thyroid diseases,cardiovascular diseases,respiratory diseases,gastrointestinal diseases,anorectal diseases,Alzheimer＇s disease,depression,antimicrobial peptides,analgesia and traumatic injury,manufacture methods,reforms of formulation,and patents of utility models with respect to their purposes.With special emphases on the authorized patents,these patent applications were summarized and analyzed with the aim of furnishing more plentiful information and critical suggestions on relative ongoing RD projects concerned on gel paste.
