免疫标记技术在广州管圆线虫病诊断中的应用进展

摘　　要：目的:了解免疫标记技术在广州管圆线虫病诊断中的应用进展。方法:查阅并检索国内外相关免疫标记技术用于广州管圆线虫病诊断的文献,并进行分析、整理总结。结果:不同的免疫标记技术在诊断广州管圆线虫病的效能有所不同,可在不同的环境要求下,选取不同的诊断方法。结论:免疫标记技术在广州管圆线虫病诊断中具有很大的意义及潜力,但还需进一步改进并研发出新型的免疫标记技术。Objective： To review the application progress of immunolabelling technique in the diagnosis of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis.Methods： The related literatures about immunolabelling technique in the diagnosis of angiostrongyliasis were analyzed and summarized.Results： Different immunolabelling techniques in the diagnosis of angiostrongyliasis showed diverse efficacies,we should choose different diagnostic methods under different circumstances.Conculsion： Immunolabelling technique was with great significant potential in the diagnosis of angiostrongylisis cantonensis,however more improvement of new immunolabelling techniques is needed.
