关于联碱系统母液Ⅱ澄清除镁的试验研究

摘　　要：阐述了MⅡ温度对除镁的影响 ,在 4 0℃时的溶解度为 2 0℃时的 2倍左右 ,选择较低温度有利于除镁。试验表明 ,在温度一定的条件下 ,除镁效果受停留时间的影响 ,MⅡ停留时间在 1 0 .5h以上时 ,除镁效果较好。加滤网比不加滤网效果好些。Set forth the influence of the mother liquor Ⅱ temperature on removing magnesium from Hou's process by mother liquor Ⅱ clarifying solubility of magnesium carbonate(basic) in 40 ℃ is about twice times as that in 20 ℃, it is advantageous to removing magnesium from Hou's process in low temperature the experiment show residence time has influence on removing magnesium from Hou's Process by mother liquor clarifying in fixed temperature; the results are better when residence time is above 10.5 h; affixing filter make the result better than that it dosen't.
