健康人群血清钾、血浆钾及尿液钾相关性研究

摘　　要：目的测定健康人群血清钾、血浆钾及尿液钾之间的相关性。方法选择6492例健康体检者作为研究对象;采用Easylyte plus Na/K/Cl检测仪及其配套试剂盒进行血清钾、血浆钾和尿液钾含量水平测定。结果血清钾与血浆钾、随机尿钾及24小时尿钾的相关系数分别为0.985(p<0.05)、0.279(p<0.05)和0.267(p<0.05);血浆钾与随机尿钾及24小时尿钾的相关系数分别为0.270(p<0.05)和0.261(p<0.05);随机尿钾与24小时尿钾的相关系数为0.732(p<0.05)。结论血清钾和血浆钾都可以很好地反映体内血钾状态,但是建议要使用各自独立的血钾参考范围。Objective To determine the correlation between serum potassium, plasma potassium and urinary potassium in healthy population. Methods 6 492 eases of healthy people were enrolled in this study. The serum potassium, plasma potassium and urinary potassium concentration were assayed by Easylyte plus NafK/C1 tester and accessory kit. Results The correlation eoefficient between serum potassium and plasma potassium, random urinary potassium and the 24 - hour excretion of potassium were 0. 985 （p 〈 0.05 ） ,0. 279 （p 〈 0. 05 ） and 0. 267 （p 〈 0. 05 ）, respectively. The correlation coefficient between plasma potassium and random urinary potassium , the 24 - hour excretion of potassium were 0. 270 （p 〈 0. 05 ） and 0. 261 （p 〈 0. 05 ） , respectively. The correlation coefficient between random urinary potassium and the 24 - hour excretion of potassium were 0. 732 （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Both of serum potassium and plasma potassium can reflect the state of blood potassium in the body very well, but independent reference range are needed.
