系统科学方法下的茶叶产业信息系统体系的构建

摘　　要：为了进一步改善茶叶产业结构,扩大茶叶品牌效应,提高产业科技信息化支撑能力,运用系统科学方法,构建一套茶叶产业信息综合服务系统(系统简称为TPIASS),枚举了系统的主要功能,详细阐述了系统的建构方法及模块开发控制过程,讨论了系统建设效果评估模型,研究分析结果为项目的实际开发奠定了基础,能够为我国十二五期间现代化茶叶综合服务系统的建设提供参考.In order to further improve the tea industry structure,expand tea brand effect and improve industrial technology information supporting ability,systematic and scientific method is applied in constructing a set of tea industry information integrated service system（abbreviated as TPIASS）.This paper presents the main functions of the system,analysis of system construction method and development of module control process,discusses the system construction effect evaluation model,the research for the actual project development laid a foundation.Moreover,these measures is provided the reference in the modernization of tea of integrated service system construction for China during the construction.
