摘  要:[目的]探索摩拉水牛改良滇东南水牛的杂交效果。[方法]采用直肠把握输精法,用摩拉水牛冻精冷配滇东南水牛。[结果]表明,摩本杂F1代成年公牛的各项体尺体重指标与滇东南水牛的差别不大,而摩本杂F1代成年母牛的体重、体高、体斜长、十字部高、髋宽、胸围、管围等比滇东南水牛有不同程度的提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),而其他体尺二者间差别不大(P>0.05)。至一岁前的摩本杂F1代生长速度较快,1岁公母牛的体重分别为274.08±36.40kg和278.25±55.05kg,较国内其他地方水牛品种的杂交一代高。摩本杂F1代成年公母牛的体重分别为474.54±63.00kg和459.39±68.12kg,摩本杂F1代母牛的体格得到明显的改善,体重增大。[结论]用摩拉水牛与滇东南水牛杂交,可以提高滇东南水牛摩本杂F1代的体格、早期生长速度、生长性能及泌乳性能。[Objective]It was to explore the hybrid effect on growth performances of Diandongnan buf falo improved by Murrah buffalo. [Method]The frozen semen of Murrah were thawed to mate Diandongnan buffalo cows by rectum holding cervix. [Result]The results showed that there were no difference on body weight and measurements between Diandongnan buffalo and Murrah X Diandongnan buffalo F1 adult bulls. But there were significant differences on body weight, body height, body length, height at hip cross, heartlength, thurl width and cannon circumference of Diandongnan buffalo compared with Murrah X Diandong- nan buffalo F1 adult cows (P^0.05,or P〈0.01). Other body measurements were close (P〉0.05). The body weight of male and female F1 of MurrahXDiandongnan buffalo with one year old was 274.08亐36.40 kg and 278.25亐55.05 kg,respectively. They grew faster than those of other local buffalo breeds; And the body weights of adult F1 was 474.54亐63.00 kg and 459. 39亐68.12 kg,respectively. The adult F1 cows displayed improvements on conformation and body weight.
