摘　　要：中国热带农业是建立在引进国外热带农业生物资源和先进科技资源的基础上,通过创新利用发展起来的,开展科技国际合作是中国热带农业发展的一条重要经验。中国热带农业科学院是中国热带农业科技国际合作交流的窗口,是中国热带农业科技创新的"火车头"。近年来,在拓展合作领域、创新合作方式和提高合作成效等3个方面取得重大突破,但仍存在信息交流不足、合作广度和深度不够等问题。文章针对这些现状,提出了中国热带农业科学院提升科技国际竞争力在信息平台建设方面的策略与建议。China＇s tropical agriculture is developed on the basis of the introduction of foreign tropical agricultural biological resources and advanced technological resources, combined with innovative use of science and technology. Therefore, scientific international cooperation is an important experience for Chi- na＇s tropical agricultural development. Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences is as a window of international cooperation for tropical agriculture science and technology, is the ＂locomotive＂ of tropical agricultural science and technology innovation. In recent years, important breakthrough has been achieved in three aspects of expanding areas, innovating method and improving effectiveness of international cooperation, but there is still lack of enough information exchange and deep cooperation. In view of this situation, strategies and suggestions are put forward in the aspect of construction of information platforms for Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences to enhance international competitiveness in science and technology.
