摘　　要：科研单位的行政管理办公室既是领导对内指挥开展工作的指挥中心,又是上级主管部门、单位负责人和职工之间工作的"桥梁和纽带",也是对内、外机构与个人服务的"窗口"。针对农业科研单位特点,分析办公室的职能,并结合实际工作,提出提高办公室工作效率的方法建议。Department office is a basic level institution on administrating and working. It is a command center conducting leader＇s order for carrying out work, a bridges and ties receiving an assignment from function department of colleges and universities, and a services window for person, inner or outer setup. In the view of new situations, characteristics and requirement, the author analyzes the functions of depart- ment all-roundly, and puts forward some methods and suggestions for improving office work efficiency.
