摘  要:化学品船运输的化学品具有特殊性,设计时,化学品船的货舱在材料选取时必需特别考虑。通常化学品货舱会采用不锈钢材料.但不锈钢材料价格较高,设计时,需优化占货舱主要部分的槽形舱壁结构,来减少不锈钢的用量。主要对9000DWT不锈钢化学品船的货舱材料的选取和槽形舱壁结构的优化设计进行探讨。Chemical tanker carries the chemical cargoes which have complex property;especial attention should be paid to the selection of the material of cargo tank. Stainless steel is often used in cargo tank area. Because of the high price of stainless steel, we should optimize the corrugated bulkhead to minimize the total weight of the corrugated bulkhead which is made of stainless steel when designing the corrugated bulkhead. This paper talked about the material selection of the cargo tank of 9 000 DWT and the optimized design of the corrugated bulkhead during the structure design.
