对道路甩挂运输若干问题的思考

摘　　要：甩挂运输是发达国家普遍采用的一种先进的运输组织形式，集汽车运输与甩挂作业技术于一体，是道路货运输业组织化、规模化、网络化、信息化和标准化发展水平的集中体现，是降低物流成本的有效手段和道路货运产业升级的重要途径，也将成为我国道路货运未来的发展趋势。在介绍甩挂运输的基本组织形式和发展应具备条件的基础上，指出目前我国道路甩挂运输存在的主要问题，并针对这些问题研究了相应的解决对策，对指导我国道路甩挂运输的健康发展具有积极作用。Pull transport, an advanced transport forms used in the developed countries, which is linked road transport with pull technology, fully expresses road goods transport having reached the level of organized, large - scale, networked, information technology and standardization, is a important way to reduce the logistics cost effectively and upgrade the road freight industry, and will also become the trend of Chinas road freight development in the future. This paper introduces the basic forms of organization and development of transport about pull transport, points out the main problems, and study the corresponding solutions to solve these issues which gives us a guide to the healthy development of the transport as well as has a positive effect.
