摘　　要：目的探讨6分钟步行运动对老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后的影响。方法 82例Ⅱ～Ⅲ级老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成治疗组40例和对照组42例,治疗组进行6分钟步行运动和常规药物治疗4个月,对照组实行常规药物治疗。对比两组试验前后血浆N-末端脑钠肽(NT-BNP)水平、6分钟步行距离及左室射血分数(LVEF),了解试验前后有无差异,并随访两组间死亡及需再住院者的发生率。明确6分钟步行运动对老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后有无改善。结果 6分钟步行运动组治疗后血浆NT-BNP水平下降;6分钟步行距离及左室射血分数(LVEF)提高,两组治疗后均随访1年,6分钟步行运动组再住院者的发生率较对照组明显减少(15.8% vs 39.5%P<0.05)。结论 6分钟步行运动对老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后有明显改善。Objective To study the effect of Six minutes walking test on the prognosis of aged patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 82 aged patients with class Ⅱ～Ⅲ CHF were randomly divided into Six minutes test group（40 cases）and control group（42 cases）.The patients in Six minutes walking test group received Six minutes walking and conventional drug treatment for 4 months,and those in control group received routine drug treatment only.To understand the differences on levels of plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-pro BNP）,6min walking distance,echocardiography（tested for left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF））between two groups before and after the experiment,and to follow up the incidence of cardiovascular events（revascularization）.Results There was no difference between the two groups in general conditions,6min walking distance,plasma NT-BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）.After 1 year follow up,the rate of rehospitalization caused by cardiovascular events in Six minutes walking test group were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.01）.The level of plasma NT-BNP of patients in Six minutes walking test group was decreased.6min walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）were increased.Conclusion Six minutes test could improve significantly the prognosis of CHF-patients.
