摘　　要：目的对16例三瓣膜置换病例进行临床分析,以利提高对本病的手术疗效。方法行三瓣膜置换术16例患者中男性6例,女性10例。其中风湿性心脏病14例,感染性心内膜炎2例。术前心功能Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级8例,Ⅳ级5例。结果本组死亡1病,随访10～71个月,心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级12例,Ⅲ级3例。结论对三瓣膜置换术要严格掌握手术适应症,并注意瓣膜选择。Objective To evaluate the experience of triple valve replacements.Methods From January 2003 to January 2011,16 patients were underwent triple valve replacements in our hospital.There ware 6 males and 10 females.The lesions included rheumatic valvular disease in 14 cases and infective endocarditis in 2 cases.The preoperatively heart functional class（NYHA）was Ⅱ in 3 cases,Ⅲ in 8 cases,Ⅳ in 5 cases.Results There was one death in this group,follow-up 10～71 months.Late functional class was ⅠorⅡ in 12 cases and Ⅲ in 3 cases patients.Conclusion The indication for three valve replacements should be strictly selected.The heart valve should be properly selected.
