摘 要:以表面被γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂(KH-550)改性的气相白炭黑为无机填料,ABS树脂为聚合物基体,采用机械熔融共混法制备了不同复合比的白炭黑/ABS复合材料。并对其依次进行了拉伸、弯曲、冲击和邵氏硬度等力学性能测试,结果表明白炭黑对ABS树脂具有良好的增强效果,且白炭黑占复合材料质量分数的1.5%时,其力学性能较为突出。In this paper, fumed silica which was modified by 7-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH-550) was served as inorganic filler and ABS resin was served as polymer matrix. Fumed silica/ABS composites which obtained different fumed silica contents were prepared by melt-blending process. Then composites mechanical properties were measured by the tensile, bending, impact, the hardness testing and so on. The results indicate that fumed silica could enhance ABS resin and mechanical properties of composites were op- timum when fumed silica content was 1.5 wt%.
