摘 要:金银纳米粒子具有表面效应、尺寸效应和量子限域效应等多种性质,在许多领域都有着广泛的应用。在诸多的应用中,这些有序排列的金银微球聚集体由于其在增强拉曼光谱方面的作用备受重视。使用化学还原法制备金纳米粒子,用两种不同的化学还原方法制备出两种粒径的银纳米粒子,用氯金酸和硝酸银化学共同还原法制备了金银合金纳米粒子。分别用紫外分析仪,X-射线衍射光谱仪(XRD),X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对这些纳米粒子进行了测试和表征。同时利用笔者发明的自组装方法对所制备的规则纳米粒子进行了自组装。Gold and silver nanoparticles have been extensively applied in many fields because of their unique quantum confinement effect, size effect and surface effect. In those applictions, ordered arrangement of gold and silver microsphere aggreagates were paid great attention due to its role in the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy. Gold nanoparticles were prepared by chemical reduction, two size silver nanoparti- cles were fbricated by two different chemical reduction method and gold/silver alloy nanoparticles were ob- tained by using synchronously chemical common reducing chloroauric acid and silver nitrate method. The as-prepared gold and silver nanoparticles were tested and analyzed with UV-vis spectrometer, X-ray dif- fraction spectrometer (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Meanwhile, we used the self-assembly method which we invent by ourselves to assembly the as-prepared gold and silver nanoparticles.
