摘  要:在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面法对海藻酸钠-羧甲基纤维素钠/氯化钙-壳聚糖(SA-CMC/CaCl2-CA)液芯包囊制备过程中的6个因素进行优化工艺。应用Plackett-Burman实验设计筛选出凝胶反应时间、海藻酸钠(SA)浓度和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)浓度是影响包囊机械压力的3个主要因素;采用最陡爬坡实验接近最大响应区域,确定中心点条件CMC1.05%,SA 0.66%,凝胶反应时间21 min;最后利用Box-Behnken实验设计确定中心组合实验,建立模型,绘制响应面曲线,获得最佳工艺条件为:CMC浓度1.08%,SA浓度0.66%,凝胶反应时间21.19min;此时机械压力的最大预测值为15.46N,与实际值15.32N接近。Based on single factor experiment, 6 influencing factors of reparation of sodium alginate-sodium carboxy methyl cellulose/calcium chloride-chitosan (SA-CMC/CaCl2-CA) liquid-core capsules optimized by response surface methodology experiments. There are three significant factors that affects the mechani- cal pressure of the liquid-core capsules on the result of Plackett-Burman experiment, The three factors are concentration of CMC, concentration of SA and the gel reaction time. Determined the center of Box-Be- hnken design by the results of steepest ascent approach experiment and the enter parameters are that CMC concentration 1.05%, SA concentration 0. 66% and the gel reaction time 21.19 minutes. At last, the op- timum conditions for capsule reparation were obtained through analyzing the experimental data by the SAS analysis software: CMC concentration 1.08%, SA concentration 0. 66M, the gel reaction time 21.19 mi- nutes. The maximum predicted value of mechanical pressure was 15.46 N, which is the most close to the the actual value of 15.32 N.
