摘  要:目的:探讨贵屿镇铅、镉暴露对学龄前儿童免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法:收集237例静脉血样本(贵屿镇幼儿园114名(暴露组),濠江区幼儿园123名(对照组)),比较两组血铅、镉水平及IgG,IgA,IgM水平。结果:暴露组血铅(中位数9.6μg/dL)、镉(中位数2.3μg/L)均高于对照组(7.8μg/dL;1.7μg/L。P<0.001)。暴露组免疫球蛋白水平中位数均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。暴露组3<岁≤4IgG与血镉存在负相关;5<岁≤6IgM与血镉水平存在显著负相关;男童IgA与血铅存在负相关;女童IgG与血镉存在正相关。对照组血镉水平与IgG,IgA存在负相关;男童IgA与血镉水平存在负相关;男童IgM与血铅水平存在正相关。结论:铅、镉暴露可能对免疫球蛋白水平有一定影响。Objective: To investigate whether lead and cadmium exposure in Guiyu had adverse impact on the level of immunoglobulin in preschool children. Methods: A total of 237 children were recruited with 114(exposure group)from Guiyu while 123 from Haojiang(control group). Tne blood lead level, blood cadmium level and immuneglobulin were analyzed and compared. Results: The blood lead level and blood cadmium level(median 9.6 μg/dL, 2.3 μg/L)in the exposure group were significantly higher than those of control group(7.8 μg/dL, 1.7 μg/L. P 〈 0.001). The immuno- globulin level was significantly higher than that of control group( P 〈 0.01). The negative correlation was observed in the exposure group in blood cadmium level of children within 5 〈 y ≤ 6 and IgM, blood lead level of the boys and IgA, blood cadmium level of children within 3 〈 y≤4 and IgG. The blood cadmium level of the girls in the exposure group was posi- tively associated with IgG. The cadmium level in the control group had negative correlation with IgG and IgA. The cadmium level of the boys in the control group had negative correlation with IgA. The blood lead level of the boys in the control group was positively associated with IgM. Conclusion: These findings suggest that exposure to lead and cadmium might have adverse impact on the level of immunoglobulin.
